Staff were very friendly however the car that was booked was not the vehicle that BMW had ordered and looked like it had been involved in banger racing, the drivers door would not stay shut and even after speaking with the staff I have had no feedback about the hire from Scotswood road Office or Enterprise

Really helpful team in this branch, looked after us with the van rental explained all about the vehicle and the tail lift. There was no assumption that I’d ever driven such a large vehicle either so tips on controlling it also given. Only slight issue was no sticker anywhere inside the vehicle saying how tall it was for low bridges but that didn’t prove to be an issue anyway.

I hired a car for the weekend. Staff were friendly and helpful. The car was spotless and felt like new to drive! I'm definitely going to use them again in the future! Would highly recommend!

Booking was easy, but vehicle arrived over an hour late, making me late for work. The staff didn’t seem bothered or eager to assist in any way. Would not recommend if you value customer service and your time.

Rented cars with them twice now, and both times, service was amazing. Staff members were patient, friendly and prompt. Ellie apologies if I spelt your name wrong and Tammie, kudos to you. Cars were in good condition as well. One of the warning lights in the car was persistently on and Tammie got her manager sorry I didn't get his name to help resolve it before I drove off. Thank you all for the lovely experience, will definitely rent again.
