Very warm welcome, clean, tidy and affordable

This is a lovely friendly hotel offering a choice of self service continental breakfast or a cooked breakfast. It is unique in that the rooms are all set up.so that a continental breakfast is available in the room all set up, so that the customer can have breakfast at any time. Alternatively a really tasty cooked breakfast is served in the dining area. It is a real home from home hotel with first class service. The hotel is located within minutes of the dart serving the football stadium cricket grounds and city centre. There is also a lovely walk along the canal which runs parallel to the dart. A great place to stay outside the hustle and bustle of the city centre and really good value for money

Great location close to metro link. Very friendly atmosphere and beautiful property. Clean and comfortable.

My son and I stayed here this time last year for our annual pilgrimage to see the mighty reds and are looking forward to doing so again this weekend. We had a very friendly welcome and nice accommodation with a lovely breakfast too. Also helps that the owners are Utd fans too
