Extremely basic,  the rooms were like saunas,  didn't get a wink of sleep they were that hot, window only opened a couple of inches. Bathroom flooded in our room, very helpful staff member moved me very quickly into another room, he was actually a really nice member of staff.

Really excellent service under exceptionally difficult conditions. Lovely staff. Very decent room for the price we paid and I would happily stay here again

Lovely staff. Christian is an excellent member of staff and a credit to The Britannia Group. He couldn't be more helpful, polite and attentive to patrons.

This hotel is fine for a short stay,the staff were very pleasant. Dining room and the bar area is alright and my room was comfortable. Is very accessible to the airport with transfers available and car parking is on site.
