Had an emergency during lockdown and stayed here. Staff were extremely friendly and nothing was too much for them. Highly recommend this hotel
Excellent experience of this place. I really enjoyed staying here. The beds are amazing, showers are powerful and the food downstairs is great. I will visit again.
The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble at all. The only complaint I have was that the room was like an oven despite a huge fan! That really needs looking into
Very clean and comfortable. I was extremely surprised at the facilities for the price. Only critism I prefer feather pillows.
Staffs were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was really good, Room was clean, covid 19 guidelines were in place and followed. Only down side was that the room was unbearably hot even with the fan, couldn't sleep. Perfect place for winter.
Safe haven for when the mrs kicks you out! Great helpful staff.
Lovely breakfast while staying at the Premier Inn next door. Friendly staff especially Michelle, who gave us excellent advice to help with our stay in Manchester
