Groupon deal used. Lovely day, environment is a little tired and old but staff were lovely and we had a fab relaxing time. The afternoon tea could have been thought about a little more, sandwiches were all hard due to being made in bulk in the morning...so bread was stale ...otherwise fab.

This place is the most peculiar hotel I've been to very shinning meets home alone trump plaza pmsl great place just different

It was OK, you could feel the springs in the bed but slept well, the food was OK, it's a big place and dated, but saying that it was clean and the staff are friendly and helpful, I had a taxi ordered which turned up a little early. Plenty of space in the car park too. don't expect any thrills, it did the job for the night.

Hotel ok rooms need updating bedding unclean same with room beds not made properly food was luck warm
