Cancelled our booking completely messing up our travel plans. They could have cancelled months ago when they first knew it would happen. The management need to be mindful that when the government stop paying for their current residents the damage has already been done any myself as well as I’m sure many many others will not consider booking at this establishment in the future. The term breach of contract springs to mind and I am looking at legal options for compensation for undue stress.
Can't thank the reception enough. Currently housing refugees & not open to the public but our travel agent forgot to mention that. The receptionist wish i could remember her name solved a real problem and found where we were actually booked. Excellent customer service.
Used to stay here regularly with work now I won't be using all Crowne Plaza hotels, full of asylum seekers! AvoidRooms: 1/5
I stopped here for a night before my flight the next day. During Covid times they allowed me to check in at 8am which was fantastic. The rooms were spacious and comfy, not what you normally expect from an Airport hotel. You were always greeted with a smile I think? under the masks and anything I ordered to the room was prompt. I think the Manager was Matt and his team were fantastic and went above and beyond for me. Thanks to the young lad who drove me to the airport too! Would highly recommend to any travellers stopping by Manchester Airport.
