Lived here in my first year of university. The amount of issues was ridiculous. 1. Maintenance issues on arrival that were never fixed despite requests: just a few of the problems: broken dining room furnite, cigarette smell in lounge, broken hob, no lock on doors, unpainted ceiling with plaster patches, disgusting desk chair ripped material completely, no toilet roll holder. 2. Maintenance throughout the year would either not fix the issues or come and make a massive mess and leave it all over bathroom floor, bedroom floor and bed. 3. The flat i lived in compared to other friends flats I saw were completely different. mine was totally unrefurbished, in need of a deep clean and many broken things, but when you apply for a room you have a chance of being given this room that is the opposite of the nice new ones advertised on the website and at showings. 4. there was so many silverfish, spiders, bugs and all sorts throughout the whole year 5. they tried to refuse our deposit refund due to a broken table that was broken when we moved in and noted in the inventory checklist 6. when i complained about my overall experience they said they would refund my deposit as mentioned above in exchange for no bad reviews on social media. 7. the bathroom deserves its own point as it was in such horrible condition- halfway through the year they made a very large shoebox sized shape hole in the ceiling above the shower for maintenance and never covered it up and so we had so many bugs and spiders coming straight down into the shower because of this.  Overall I would not recommending paying the price for this accommodation unless they show you which exact flat you will be getting so you cant be surprised with a horrible one as i was, otherwise don't waste your time or money here there are so many more affordable and satisfactory places than here where even the customer service was terrible.

Absolutely disgusting lived here in my third year at university and was shocked and appalled. There was water damage everywhere. The bath leaked onto the fuze box multiple times, whenever mice were found it’d take them months to even respond to anything. When I finally left they did not give my deposit back and through months of trying I’ve now had to give up on getting my deposit back and they refuse to give me the number to head office.  No matter how late you leave it getting a flat or if you even think it looks good, AVOID. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

ABSOLUTLEY appalling that this accommodation is still going. I lived here from September 2021 with 4 other people. The place was riddled with silverfish. We had rodents running across our kitchen, in our cupboards and also in the living room. At one point, our washing machine wire started sparking and burnt a hole through the plug, we reported it. HEARD NOTHING for weeks!!! The pictures that are shown are a lie, rooms are smaller with broken furniture holes in the walls and broken toilet seats. I asked to come and visit this place before I put a deposit down. I got told no numerous times due to the flats needed more furniture and cleaning. However the first day I moved in, there was mold in the bathroom everywhere. We had no hot water for days - ignored us again. Would not let my own dogs live there. AVOID LIKE THE PLAUGE

The best uni places iv stayed!! Can’t recommend enough problems always sorted when asked not that there was ever many in a fantastic place for transport not far out of city centre. Would of happily stayed longer it was my home

SHOCKING ACCOMMODATION. Absolute scammers. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY PICTURES OR GOOD REVIEWS. I moved in three weeks ago expecting the place to be sorted and I had to sign an inventory form to say what was missing or broken. Three weeks have passed and nothing has been sorted. I currently have broken furniture in my room which they said they would replace two weeks ago. There is also a serious mice problem which they know about but have not made any endeavour to sort. Some of the carpets are stained red. Some of the lights don’t have covers. The staircase is broken in places. I have logged 8 maintenance issues on their system and none have been attended to.

Living here. It’s absolutely terrible, it’s been about 3 weeks since we lodged the maintenance report, and nothing has changed even though we are literally living in a health and safety violation. In addition to this, I’m paying 6.5 grand to share a room with literal rodents, you can hear them crawling and squeaking in the walls. all the good reviews were paid off with Amazon gift cards 0/10 wouldn’t reccomend to my complete worst enemy.

The accommodation itself it lovely very much a more apartment/flat feel more than student accommodation, problems are fixed as soon as they are noticed, shops near by and bus stop too.

None of my flats maintenance issues get sorted, emails regarding issues also get point blank ignored. Maintenance problems that are a must, including a shower rail, without it, we are left in a pool of water, after each use and the mattress feels like I’m sleeping on a pile of bullets.

Terrible! My boyfriend's flat had no heating for the majority of the time he lived there. There was mould in the bathroom. None of the maintenance complaints were adequately followed up. They're also incredibly disorganized and haven't played the bills of which they were contractually obligated to on occasion. DO NOT MOVE HERE!
