Very helpful parts technician who was very knowledgeable about my Chevrolet. Great work employing these people, Vauxhall Baylis.
The word count on google reviews wont do the disgust and contempt i have for Vauxhall justice on here. In short, this branch want tochargeme atleast £6500 to repair a Vauxhall Grandland X thatis less than 4 yrs old, has done just over 40,000 miles, and has an internal engine issue which to do withan exhaustcrank shaft not turning over. Tried to say it was our fault as no oilin the vehicle although low, there is oil in it. Known oil leak issues, known drive train and belt issues, and they will offer nothing to help reduce the cost. Not even a good willgesture despite having 5 cars on HP aggreements for me and my wife over the 12 yrs we have been loyal to the brand. To add insult to injury within a week they drop our PX value by over £1000! Disgusting, shocking, and customer service skills are extremely lacking from service technicians who spoke to my wife. 1 star awarded as their sales rep Scott actually acknowledged our problem as did the front desk service guy. Avoid like the plague! Out to get money out of you!
GO AWAY! I have already left feedback a year ago regarding the awful experience and level of service offered by you. So despite all my telephone numbers being registered with the Telephone Preferance Service you insist on calling me! I have asked you numerous times to cease. You have not listened. I have now made a formal compliant to the TPS. You clearly have no regard for your customers.
Had my car picked up for a service. The whole experience which I was dreading was a complete breeze. They called me and let me know about any issues, thankfully it was just the one, and then they called again to ask which replacement I would prefer. Afterwards they cleaned and vacuumed Minerva for free as part of the service and brought her back to me in a better condition than she left in. The gent on the phone was absolutely wonderful as well as the gent who picked up my car and drove it back. 10/10 would highly recommend! The two men were Eddy Potter and John Deighton.
Awful customer service , soon as u buy a car and walk and they refuse to help! Trying to sort out my tyres more then 2 weeks I was in asking for help because they've missed put it back my wheel nut lockers. The salesman said order a new set and admitted they made a mistake . Still can't use my car and still not order my wheel nut lockers I can't take off my wheels I can't fix it with someone else who's much helpful then vauxhall.
Put our citreon cactus through a full service and mot on Wednesday. Service was exceptional, sorry can't remember the chaps name who looked after us but he was a credit to the store. Have already told a couple of friends about our experience and they are looking to change for their next MOTS.
Had my Astra in for a service and collected it today. I’m very happy with the service provided. The lady at the service desk was welcoming, efficient and very pleasant to speak to. Eddie, who dealt with the service kept me informed and up to date with what they were doing. I received a health check video during the service. Extra work was carried out in a professional and efficient manor. Safe to say I’ll be using the Baylis Cheltenham team again. Very happy customer.

1 star is painful but I have to leave this to review. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS ! Unfortunately the top level management at this dealership have no respect for their customers they just want your money, nothing else is important regardless of what they say verbally. Shame they had to be taken to court to recover money. Nothing would please me more to discuss this further with anyone that wants to know. Here’s some advice “The next time you promise a customer a refund and then ignore them I hope they take you to court too”.
MOT for my run around car on 18000 miles on the clock so quite new. Failed emissions and tyre and they wanted £96 for emission investigation and £145 for a new tyre. Went elsewhere well known garage near Train Station and they said £9.5 on Liqi Moli engine cleaner and a good run and £70 for the tyre. GUESS What !!! MOT Pass well done Vauxhall
