Stopped in the Brimstone for a special occasion. Excellent service, excellent room, excellent venue, excellent spa. Arrived early, so rooms not ready, got booked in borrowed a brolly and walked 5 minutes down the road to the pub, had excellent food and beer before heading back to ours rooms. Sat in the reading room drinking free wine and eating scones before retiring to our room. Big spacious room with a separate deep both and a shower room big enough for 2. Had a very relaxing night and will be visiting again in the future.

The best hotel experience I have ever had. The staff were friendly throughout, no matter what we needed or the time of day. The room was beautiful, we stayed in the mezzanine suite, and very comfortable. The reading room, with complimentary drinks and food is a lovely touch. Having the covered car park too was a real bonus, no need to get wet entering or leaving. Couple all this with use of the spa and you've got a amazing place.
I felt comfortable here, like a little home rather than a hotel. We will be back.

Incredible stay. Attentive hosts. Free drink and snacks made us very happy and he outdoor pool was great
