Brilliant welcome from Tom and appreciate the very quick responses to my continued queries before the visit. Chilled and relaxed and was lovely to spend quality time with my family. Treatment was sensational and very accommodating to individual needs. Attention to detail and going the extra mile with our Isabelle who loved her facial. Only tiny tiny negative was the coffee machine coffee and not very nice tea. Would have loved to see fresh coffee and tea leaves as an option to pods in a machine. Overall thoroughly enjoyed our visit.
My daughter and I had a lovely afternoon, so relaxing and the staff were all really lovely. I had an amazing massage with Toni which was exactly what I needed. It was my daughter's first spa experience and she already wants to come back! Well done all, five stars x
Fantastic afternoon from the moment we arrived. Everyone so friendly. Myself and my daughter were so chilled, the pool etc was fab. What a way to spend a Saturday afternoon. The treatments were soooo relaxing, Lyndsey had a massage by Toni and Sophie did my facial. 1st class. Can't wait to have another
Fantastic spa facilities, warm welcome, very clean. Excellent masseuse- Sophie- the best back massage I’ve ever had and I’ve had quite a few. Make sure you put this place on your ‘to do’ list in the Lake District.
The best back, shoulder and neck massage I’ve ever had. Thank you Toni was just what I needed. The rest of the staff I encountered were very professional and the facilities are amazing, very relaxing. Will definitely be returning.
First time at a spa day with my other half, really enjoyed the treatments and service we payed for 10/10 had a lovely break away finished off with the spa day. My only thing was the lack of gym equipment but then again it's a spa and not a gym. But can't fault it thankyou!
Very enjoyable day spa. Not a large place which is our preference, so doesn't have all the bells and whistles of a large spa, but perfect for us, so much so we will be booking again.
You have to buy the voucher before choosing a slot, not see if a date works first. Bought the voucher, then discovered they had no availability for the dates I was going, when I called they flatly refused to offer a refund or help in anyway.. Voucher, which is only valid for a 1 year, has now expired. A complete waste of money.
This was a 70th Birthday treat from my mother. The treatment and massage was excellent, probably one of the best I’ve ever experienced. Staff were very pleasant and helpful, particularly the young lady who served our afternoon tea. The reason for giving only a 3* rating, is because of the noise. Loud voices of some of the other guests at the pool. We left early, as the racket from a new baby crying, and a toddler screeching, together with two men, having what seemed to be some sort of business discussion, with voices loud enough for us all to take part in!! Having paid £100 each to spend a quiet, relaxing, wellbeing spa day, needless to say, it was very disappointing. Doubt we will return.
A lovely relaxing Spa Day enjoyed by my friend and I. Thank you to the ladies who did our treatments who listened to our concerns and provided excellent advice. I am sure we will come back.
