Our best hotel experience in recent years. Excellent room, with a Hot Tub on the balcony overlooking the lake. Fantastic free-to-use Spa, plus they serve and bring to you champagne, as you relax on loungers beside the pool. We spent a lot and look forward to coming again and again. Your staff are amazing! Really well trained with a great attention to detail. Hard-copy of this testimonial to follow. Am happy to recommend wherever else you may request it! Loved our time with you. Thanks

Great facilities. Our room was very clean and tidy. Would have got 5 stars if our balcony door could lock. Great facilities and food was very nice.

really enjoyed our stay here! It's Dog Friendly and our dog had a great time! Her want allowed in the restaurant area (obviously) bit they set us a table every morning and afternoon in the lounge area and we really loved having the place to ourselves. The staff were second to none and lots of things to do on site, they even have a small cinema !!! As well as a pool ..... just brilliant

Could not fault the place, room was excellent. Very modern and clean, only had breakfast there each day but there was lots of choice (buffet style). We made good use of the spa, very relaxing and we met lots of lovely people. The staff in the spa could not do enough for you. Thank you The Burnside for a lovely weekend 😎.

Had no issues at all, spa was nice n relaxing The room was clean n modern with nice view of surrounding area. Food was Amazing too. Staff were very friendly and helpful also. Free parking and wifi. The breakfast is also good.
