The spa consists of hydrotherapy pool, outdoor heated pool, several types of aromatherapy steam rooms, a sauna, a variety of stations cleansing, ice, drinks etc and rest and relaxation areas.nComplimentary cranberry juice and chilled water is available and robes and towels are provided.nA cafe is also available to purchase from.nThe education session on sleep was interesting and the heated floor, cleanliness and supportive staff made for a pleasant experience.nOur 3 hour session cost £60 each, and we felt it was worth the money.
Staff are nice. Lots of towels robes. Clean. Food basic. Impossible to get in touch with aqua sana to arrange treatments and the help is impossible - lady on reception agreed there had been lots of complaints. Car park 15 min walk from the spa ! Online it says it’s next to the spa why lie?. Again security said they have constant complaints. Facilities very limited compared to Sherwood. Main downside is the aqua sana spa do not respond - goes to head office and they clearly don’t give a rats …..
We just had an amazing relaxing time.nVery clean, and staff were friendly.nStaff were brilliant, in the cafe they went out of their way to make sure I had enough choice regardless of my allergies.nWe’re already planning our next visit.
Wow! I have never had such a fantastic treatment. It was total bliss. So nice I booked in for a second one later in the week.nAbbie was amazing. So good and knowledgeable.nI felt like I was walking on air and have never slept so well.nWould definitely recommend
£60 for 3 hours, well worth its value. The Spa has a great amount of experiences to explore, as well as an outdoor heated pool which was mega with the setting in snow fall that started during our visit! Staff always happy to help too!
