They have their own parking on site but it can be difficult to find so it’s best to call them before arrival and they’ll give you a post code that takes you directly to their car park. We booked a standard room for a good price. Once we got there, the receptionist gave us an upgrade and that was like a proper penthouse with two bedrooms, en-suite, massive living room and kitchen, and big balcony area. Fans/dehumidifiers in bedrooms. A tall fan is also available found in the storage area. Plenty of kitchen utensils and cutlery, washing up liquid and sponge. Soap, shampoo/shower gel are all there. This place doesn’t have air-con I think so it might get warm in the summer months, but at least we could use the fans and keep windows slightly open for ventilation, and we were totally fine with that. So we absolutely loved the apartment. Everything else like bars, shops, restaurants are literally on the doorstep. If you wish to go further, bus fares are quite cheap too. Staff was very friendly and would offer as much help as possible. Rooms: Super clean and cosy Nearby activities: Very close Liverpool One, the high street. Safety: This was a week after the whole riot thing. And it seemed calm. So we felt pretty safe. Walkability: Depending on where you wish to go, most places are within walking distance. We had the kids with us and we managed. We took the bus once only because it was getting late and the kids were tired. Food & drinks: There is not a Staycafe on site so we’re better off venturing out for food as there are loads of decent places
Stayed here for 2 nights with family 2 kids and it was great. Lovely clean apartment with one bedroom and sofa bed in sitting room. Great location for shopping and food/drink. Staff were all very friendly, in particular Rebecca on the front desk. When we’re back in Liverpool will definitely look to stay here again. Nearby activities: 5 minute walk from Liverpool One. Food & drinks: Plenty of nice bars and restaurants close by.
The place is very wonderful. I booked the room from the official website of the hotel for two rooms for 355 pounds for two nights. When I arrived before the check-in time to the hotel, I was checked in before 3 o’clock. There is flexibility in the time of entry and the time of exit. The apartment is very clean, comfortable, and close to all places in the city. The hotel is safe and quiet. There is a washing machine, coffee machine, and iron.
The apartment was beautiful. All clean and tidy upon arrival even though I was early to check in, fresh towels ready to be used. In the kitchen, you had everything you would need to prepare food with and cook with, even had teabags, sugars etc, on the lid it states milk is in the fridge.. no milk. In the living room was a modern fan and a metal fan, the metal fan didn't work, but the modern fan was really good. Tv was smart, but you couldn't get YouTube to work, only free view. Car park, if I were you I would not use the car park.... it's 1.50£ an hour and is incredibly tiny, and it's the same way in as out.... I got stuck in a Ford Fiesta.... not even a big car, and have scratched all my back driver wheel arch. It's not the apartments fault. It's the size of the car park, but just preparing you all... got rescued by another guest married couple. The hallway leading upto the apartment was really really warm. It was 21° outside, but the hallways were 24°. If you go out, bouncers will be present after a certain hour to check that you are the right guests, which was a surprise as no forewarning, but it made me feel safer, don't know what time they started. The price for the stay, 1 night was pretty reasonable considering the size of the apartment I got, and could even pay for late check out. 100% would stay again and would love to enjoy full range of services and features of the apartment. Rooms: Read the full review.
Stayed here with family..fantastic location ..rooms very clean and well serviced..loved the provision of coffee tea milk sachets.... only negative was one of the light bulbs was out..my son in law went to reception to as for replacement and told it would be replaced..which it wasn't.. however we had a wonderful time..Thank you.. Nearby activities: City centre location..fantastic Walkability: Excellent Food & drinks: Next door and others very close
From my own view, the hotelapartment is standard. The rooms are spacious, kitchen and bathroom good size and services are very basic. Staff are helpful, especially Amelia and Marco. I liked its location so I stayed 4 nights every week in this month.I enjoyed staying there. It is a good value for money and will definitely recommend it to my friends. Rooms: Spacious and tidy Nearby activities: Walking in health centre Walkability: 3 minutes to shopping centre and bus station
I had a wonderful experience at the Stay Hotel. This property is in the heart of Liverpool, so walking distance to everything. The rooms are modern and quiet, and the front desk person Amelia went over and above to make my stay really easy and comfortable.Rooms: 5/5
Stayed here with my girlfriend for the first time! I requested a few things as i have stayed in other apartments that had let me down in them sectors. I asked for everything to be kind of “perfect” … and wow how they lived up to our expectation! We got upgraded to a 2 bed, 2 bathroom top floor with massive balcony apartment. All tea, coffee, milk, salt and pepper were included in the kitchen. Heating was super powerful, hot water consistent, oven was easy to understand and professionally cooked gorgeous meals. Bed and couch were super comfy, the spare duvet and covers were so handy. Super clean, super spacious and felt really homely! me and my girlfriend were like 2 little peas in a pod in comfort and warmth. We would defo stay again THANK YOU MASSIVELY! STAY CITY Our quality time spent together wouldn’t of happened without this apartment Safety: Everything locked securely
These are large apartments with lots of space in the lounge and bedroom. However the bathroom is very small with a shower that’s adequate but not very much space to move. The beds and the sofa are uncomfortable. Parking is expensive, but if you have a Blue Badge you can park in front of the building for free. Rooms: Rooms are large but uncomfortable. Nearby activities: There are lots of museums in walking distance, including the Beatles story the Museum of Liverpool, the Slavery Museum, the Liver building etc Walkability: This is in the heart of Liverpool and close to Liverpool One and all the shops and just over 10 minutes walk to the historic docks and the Beatles Museum and about the same distance for the Caven Club.
Location 1 star due to build is set back between other buildings no clear signs to indicate it’s there and no clear signs to where the parking is had to use alternative. Service was okay with the welcome staff but the night staff/security after 10 was a nightmare so many question to get in and out that I didn’t know we’d paid for quiz night aswell , when leaving there was no thank you for stay or how’s your stay been so that why I’m writing this. The room was clean but , paid extra for an upgrade to the bedroom lay out which should have been a king size bed but that was just two single pushed together that easily came part due to the wooden floor and not been connected. The double bed headboard was so dirty and damage and stains on it front and back. The pull out sofa bed had no clean linen and was not proved with enough pillows and duvets. Ever mattress on all the beds were so hard and uncomfortable even with pillows lay on top for extra comfort. Also couldnt have windows open at night due to the noise everywhere but no fans or air con at hand as most of the night the hotel had heating on all night. Most of the doors in the apartment would close or latch properly so had to be wedged also the kitchen work top was damage all round the sink area and the microwave was dirt like someone had just use it before we went in.
