Immaculately clean fresh,  fairly new kitchen, much more than we expected, staff very friendly and helpful wished we could have stayed longer.would of prefered bed had been kingsize. But will definately recommend.  Great position for docks and bars and restaurants

The apartment is clean and newly refurbished. Some attention to detail needed as the toilet in the bathroom had sediment from the newly installed tiles and still some grouting on the tiles. Full equipped apartment overall a great all round experience.

Recommend this place, it was spotless really large, had everything you needed was really in a great location and staff on hand were so friendly and helpful

Was close enough to everything. Beds were alright but I think the apartments need a bit of love. Felt a bit run down. But for the location and price you can't fault it really. The mini bar at reception was convenient and they look after your key for you too.

Noise,night after night. The seagulls were bad enough,add the students to it never again.

First time visiting Liverpool. This place made me feel like a home away from home. It has everything I needed and more. The staff downstairs were very helpful and polite. Attentive to ours needs and made us feel comfortable. I would happily stay here again on my next visit
