Really poor service . Doctors are only interested in get you out the door . Dr Tomlinson is ok but test are rubbish . Choose another surgery . There rubbish

On hold for ages, finally get to front of the call cue to hear handset getting picked up then put back down cutting you off. This has happened on numerous different occasions!

Very poorly run practice with inefficient management
Unhelpful receptionists who do not offer any sort of help but give you a number to ring . I only waited 36 minutes once and my call dropped after that. 
Usually appointments are not available for pre booking, you looking to wait for up to 4 weeks for an appointment if you are lucky
receptionist would tell you that you don't need urgent appointment without asking a question.

Almost impossible to get through to make an appointment, the line is either engaged constantly and then when you do get through all the appointments are now gone and you are number 6 in a queue and have to wait forever to get through totally unacceptable.
