Won’t blame the doctors but Worst surgery receptionists ever. All they do is book appointments for their relatives. I also called today on Saturday 8.30 phone got answered and receptionist pretended she can’t hear me and this is also happened before where they just hang up on patients. was told there no doctor available on a Saturday and then told they are coming at 9am so was lied too. Then asked speak to someone who knows as she was really confused she became rude and asking call Monday and hang up.very unprofessional and need to sort their phone lines out. Surgery is like a circus no care for their patients.
I know it is extremely difficult to get appointments but I have to give credit to Shahjahan. She is an absolute credit to this practice. Always going above and beyond to provide a great service for everyone. She has always prioritised young children and the vulnerable. As a parent it’s reassuring to know my GP practice have staff like her, incredibly understanding and very helpful. Thank you Shah- for all you do xx
I’m trying so hard to get an appointment for my Nephew You cannot get an appointment ever. Every time i call up there is never an appointment and they tell you to ring the next day at 8. When you ring at 8 there is still no appointments worst surgery ever.
Never help for booking appointments. Definitely need to change staff or permanently closed down. Health department must need to save tax payers money on this surgery if they paying from public tax. if it private then we need to change surgery.
I don't like their service at all . Why do they offer phone appointment only??? They are not allowing to come patient in the surgery and they have been using Covid as an excuse . This is ridiculous.
I’m trying so hard to get an appointment for my mum but it’s impossible! I don’t understand why this surgery exists if so many patients are complaining about them. Have some professionalism and review your morals, obviously your level of care is inadequate, majority of your patients are unsatisfied. You can’t keep getting away with it. Absolutely disgusted by this surgery - hope all the silly staff receive the same level of care they give to their patients when they are in need.
The worst ever surgery, Receptionist was rude and almost swore at me. Doctors do not want to see patients , they refused to see my 6 years old son , i was on the phone for more than an hour to book an appointment and once the answered they refused to book an appointmnet because doctors did not want to book more patients. Also receptionists book appointments for their relatives and pretend that there is no more appointments available. I went there and showed the phone to the receptionist to see that no one answers the phone and she just ignored me and put the phone off. This surgery should be closed.
They have really poor management and their reviews and near 1 star overall rating proves that. They rarely give an appointment and when they do, it's because you called around 8 AM. Not everyone has time to call around a specific time because we all have lives. Assuming they do care about their customers and they're not only in it for the money, the fact is they're still really bad at managing their customers. If you're calling past 11 AM, don't bother. They'd just tell you to call back the next day, call 111, or go to a pharmacy.
I called late in the morning today, desperate for an appointment for myself as I was in pain and also had a sick baby. I didn't want to wait hours at the walk in centre, especially with a cranky 4 month old. The receptionist -Helen - was so genuinely kind and helpful. She did everything she could and managed to get an appointment for baby and I to be seen by a doctor for later that afternoon. Later, as I was coming out from my appointment, I saw another receptionist, Amy, helping an elderly patient walk to the back of the surgery I think for access to the lifts as there is ongoing building work. This is what the surgery needs, staff that show empathy and care towards all patients. I have had many other positive experiences with staff at Kingsway too.
One of the worst surgery in our region very hard to get appointments every time you call for appointment they say call 111 but what’s the point to have surgery if they never had appointments
