It is a really lovely location overlooking the lake. The staff were really friendly. Great menu choice, and there wasn't a problem when needing to amend food requirements. My only criticism was that the two burgers we ordered were both overdone dry.Food: 4/5
Lovely views of the lake. The food was beautiful lobster tagliatelle was really tasty and a good portion size especially for the price. Customer service was good if a little slow, we visited at lunchtime so it was a little busy. Have been previously for evening meal also, great food both visits. Family/Child friendly, was brought a highchair on request.

Really lovely meal and great service. Haven't been to Berts for a while as had a few really mediocre meals there before that were overpriced with poor service, but was really pleased this time, food cooked to perfection and really attentive service. Loved the spooky themed coffees! An altogether lovely evening

Amazing place to eat! Didn’t want to venture too far out from the Dacre lakeside site + most places aren’t open during the week! Great food and hospitality from start to finish. In the picture is garlic dough balls which was very fresh, followed by beets bbq double stack burger. Burger was medium well very seasoned with hash brown, cheese and bacon inside. Second dish can hardly see was a halloumi and strawberry salad which supposedly goes very well together despite what it was. Finally tiramisu for myself and the second dessert was the chocolate brownie and vanilla gelato which was very rich both items. Really worth the money as all the ingredients tasted fresh and of a high standard matching the rest of the eatery.
Great atmosphere and attentive staff. Food was great too although a little under seasoned at times but nothing a little salt and pepper couldn't fix
Pleasantly located by a lakeside, we enjoyed a well cooked, quality lunch. The restaurant was busy and we hadn't booked, but the staff still made the effort to seat us and ensure we had a good visit. Warm and welcoming and lovely food. A little more expensive than some other similar places we have eaten, however the surroundings and view over the lake made it worth the extra cost on this occasion.
Nice setting but average food for high prices. The pizza was nice but that's it. Starters were terrible, tiny and tasteless and the burgers for mains were totally dry and had the consistency and taste of cardboard. Will definitely not be going again!
A lovely evening celebrating with the family. My first visit, impressed. The food was delicious and the staff attentive and friendly. A very smart and clean restaurant. Looking forward to returning.Food: 5/5
