The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The woman that served us was very knowledgeable and patient. There was no pressure to buy "the expensive mattress". Everything was explained in as much detail as we required.
We arrived close to closing time as we only intended to have a brief look to gather ideas and inspiration. However the staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable which allowed us to make the purchase that evening
We found that the quality of the beds at Bensons at Dartford was first class. Leigh helped us with very professional advice helping us to choose the right bed for us. We highly recommend them and will go back.
Staff were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. Not yet had the Bed and Mattress delivered. Once received will give a review.
The assistant was brilliant, my Dad needed a new mattress and was very picky. My Dad was very pleased with the experience and information given.
Friendly greeting on arrival, not pushed at all. Shown the mattress selector, which was very helpful in helping us to pick a firmness. Taken around the various mattresses to try out. All the payment option explained in detail, with no pushing in any direction. Very patient with my two children that were with us too! Just a pleasant shopping experience.

I went in to the store, not knowing what type of bed I wanted, after a few tries, I got a feel of what I kind of wanted, the manager offered some help , I rejects but then did go back to him and then he suggested a few other around the store, wasn’t keen, my preference, but the manger was very helpful and patient with my picky butt!!
Good service given by 2 friendly helpful members of staff who Benson should appreciate.
