Unreal service at this B&Q … always have great experiences with the staff but today’s visit I was helped by Sunil who is utterly amazing. So so helpful, I’m trying to renovate my kitchen with no clue what I’m doing but Sunil has been so informative and efficient helping me with what I needed. This is why I come to this store!!, all the staff here are so nice and always happy!. Great store with everything you need for home improvement work! Lots of paint options and colours, need to wait and queue for paint service on the weekend. Good garden centre managed to get a cherry blossom plant and wisteria. Staff is helpful. Can be queues at the checkout area

A very delayed review but I was helped by Hayley who was extremely helpful and friendly as well as knowledgeable, she knew where everything was that I was after! she also supported me with mixing my paint which was perfect and super quick! I was then served by Joan at the till who was also super helpful and friendly. She helped me with a voucher I had that I was having some difficulties with but she resolved everything smoothly and effectively!  Nothing but a great experience and I got everything I needed on my visit and the staff were more than exceptional :

Over the past few weeks I've spent a fortune on ridiculously large over priced sample pots of paint from B&Q.  We decided on a colour we liked from the Farrow and Ball range so visited the store today to purchase two pots costing £57.50 each.  I had read that most stores will refund the sample pot price if you buy the paint.  One of the managers took delight in telling us this wasn't the case.  I wanted to thank her as we have now purchased a 5l pot straight from Farrow and Ball, making a saving of £17.  Just to let customers know the Dulux trade centre mix a wide variety of paints and do refund the price of the sample pot on purchase.

I had a very unpleasant experience at the B&Q Belvedere store with a staff member named Joan. I went in to buy some spray paint for a home renovation project, and she challenged my age which I completely understood. I explained that I didn’t have my ID on me but would be happy to show it once I retrieved it.nnHowever, she rudely said she wouldn’t sell it to me even if I presented my ID. Her attitude was very hostile  she kept cutting me off when I tried to speak, then closed the till and said she was going home. It felt like she just wanted to leave because it was close to closing time, but that’s no excuse for poor customer service.nnVery disappointing experience. Staff should remain professional and respectful to customers at all times, regardless of the time of day.
