We went to Topps as a friend had recommended. We have always gone to another supplier but we found ourselves in this store and was instantly impressed. The layout was really good, it was clean and inviting and the staff were really helpful. I’m not great with measurements but the man serving us made sure he helped me to get the right quantity and to make sure I understood what I was doing without being condescending. We left feeling like we had really been taken care of and that our custom mattered. We will be passing on our recommendations to family and friends in the future. Well done Orpington!
We went to Topps Tiles Orpington yesterday to pick out our flooring. We needed to the flooring ASAP. Julz served us, she was extremely professional and efficient. Would recommend this branch to anyone looking for flooring or tiles.
I went into the Orpington branch a few weeks ago to look round and get a quote for tiling my soon to be new bathroom. Tina helped me then and was so friendly and helpful, that I had no hesitation in going back in today to complete the order. Tina and her colleague were so friendly. Tina had lots of knowledge and helped me enormously.

Becky was brilliant. We’ve never tiled before and she went out of her way to advise us on products and best methods. She even went above and beyond and demonstrated how to cut tiles. Thank you Becky! You were fantastic!
Went into Orpington store after being recommended by friend to see Julz and I am so glad I did. She was so helpful and gave us plenty of options and even showed us how to use the visualiser and said we can send picture and she would do this for a. Went to the Orpington store and Julz greeted us straight away and at the same time not too much in your face, little greet little banter, that's what everyone needs, helped us on the m² and how many packs we need, julz even helped loading tiles on a trolley and to the car. Julz is an asset to topps tiles
I chose to use TT Orpington for my 2 bathrooms and toilet refurb. The member of staff, that assisted us, Kieran was so helpful! Exactly how customer service should be. He took the time to answer all our questions and has clearly been doing this for a while as he know his stuff! The customer service we received will result in us going back for future work. Have recommended to family and friends too! Thank you TT!
