Had great service from Yaw today. Was helpful, insightful and also light hearted. He made the whole experience easy and I definitely felt like we left with the most informed and suitable purchase we need. A great service and a great asset to the brand.
The service received from Jermaine was fantastic.He was helpful, polite, knowledgeable and professional. After service was also very good . All staff were great too including manager and Gina who also gave advise on the the different carpets. The fitters were very good , polite and professional.
The Sales lady Gina who just served us is the most helpful knowledgeable and patient person and was totally invested in us deciding what carpet to choose which is no easy task as my wife is very picky! It’s rare and refreshing to find someone so passionate about her job! Nothing was too much trouble and I highly recommend you ask for her when visiting the Orpington branch of carpetright
Gina was fantastic on helping me make decision on carpet throughout my rental property. Explaining the difference between the quality of carpets and what would be comfortable, long lasting & cleanable. Her knowledge was excellent. They offered me excellent sale discounts which made it very reasonable. A very positive experience and 5* to Carpetright Orpington!
Purchasing the carpet in store was easy, but watch out for the odd extras that they add on, such as £1 per square metre just because they want to. The fitters were polite and did a good job, but I had a bed frame that was still in the room as it was too big to take out of the room. The fitters charged me £1,200 per hour to move the bed frame from one side of the room to the other. Moving it took them no longer than 1 minute and they charged me £20. £20 for one minute is equal to £1,200 per hour. Watch out for the hidden costs!
Yaw was really patient and helpful. He showed us quite a few carpets to match our requirements and checked their availability. We really appreciated his knowledge and input. We certainly would recommend Carpetright. Thank you Yaw and also Imran.

Amazing service. Chris was very fun, kind and all ways happy to help. He went through everything we needed to know and even had a test go of what the carpet would feel like fitted. I had a very fun time! Love this place will defo recommend : <333333333

Yaw was fantastic, excellent service from start to finish. We had most of our house done, with a mixture of carpet and vinyl. Gave us detailed knowledge of all the materials, so we could make the right decision. We have now come back to see Yaw to order our living room/dning room flooring. Would definitely recommend him!!
