I was looking for a new bed and found the staff( Andy) very knowledgeable and helpful without being 'pushy'. He didn't pressure me and was happy for me to think about my decision for a couple of days ,I then returned and ordered the bed that I had decided on. He then phoned me a couple of days later to update me on delivery times,so I found him very competent and professional .

So I've order a lot of furniture (6K 2017 and 4K in 2016) and any time you have a warranty issue they will not help. I will never use them and I would recommend you think before you get done too. First point of call with sales is great, get an issue then they drop you like a hot brick. You've been warned.

This branch always has enough staff and parking facilities. Friendly lot at the 'Village'. We have used them before and found their goods and service to be excellent. Bonus.. good coffee and biscuits and immaculate loo. We have looked elsewhere but will always come back here. Thank you.
