Good range in sofers. My wife and i have been looking for a sofa for weeks, we must have been to every sofa shop known to man, we thought that we would never find a sofa which we would both agree on. Good service at a really good price. Shame you can't buy the other furniture within the store. The interior designer has some nice items on show.
The staff are very friendly and helpful, every question we asked was answered positively and politely. I would thoroughly recommend Fabb Sofas Orpington. All in all a great company with excellent customer skills. Many thanks guys and girls and good fortune to you all. I forgot to mention the delivery guys, their expertise and politeness were fantastic.
Completely unprofessional customer services from Orpington branch, I was told by sales staff that my sofa would be ready for delivery Monday 13th February and they would contact us for delivery date and time 7 weeks standard, we have been contacting the store over the last week and been given contradicting information about the state of the order until today Tuesday 14th we have been told the sofa was made in the wrong colours, when I asked to view the sofa I was told I could only see a swatch, when I asked when my actual sofa would be ready I was told another 3 WEEKS! I am just left without a sofa. Very poor form.
Looking for a sofa? Well this place is huge, wide open spaces and the staff would rather leave you to it. I found the sofas to be different than the typical types you can buy in let's say furniture Village etc. It's worth a look if you fancy something different like Tiger fu r pattern sofa, diamond studded high arm sofas.. You get the idea..
Fab customer service. Had problem in one delivery team getting the sofa in. Joel sent it again through "A team" and the guys were fab. Your business speaks when there is a problem and how you resolve it.
We had a fault with our sofa but Fabb dealt with it straight away. Very impressed with their customer service!
The staff was pleasant and welcoming. Large selection of sofas depending on one's taste.

At last found great sofa's, price not too bad too!
