A huge showroom, almost too confusing. The sales lady was really nice here and knew everything. Made buying my kitchen a pleasure. I had a kitchen cupboard door warp and they sorted it really quickly. I have recommended my brother and other family as I think it is good value and good quality.

Absolutely love my new kichen . I was taken care of from start to finish. Right from the showroom, drawing stages getting everything I wanted in the space I had. Wrens kspt in touch via email in the making stages. The Fitting was professional and was complete in good timing. Now I can enjoy my kitchen for many years to come .

Purchased a kitchen from here and the kitchen designer (Ryan) was no older than 18 and seemed very inexperience (but polite) but we took advantage of 50% discount at the time. The main issue was that our cupboard doors are 65 cm wide and they supplied us with one side of the door for 30 cm wide and another door 35cm, so they are not identical. At no point was this ever pointed out to us. When we spoke to the Orpington branch and went back there about this, they dismissed us and said to speak to Head Office and the young inexperienced kitchen designer had left. We spoke to Head Office and they said it was our problem that we didn't notice it on the drawings (which is nearly impossible to see) and I advised that its obvious we expect the cupboard doors need to be the same size. They stated they don't make bespoke doors and only do doors on 30 and 35cm sizes to fit. Unbelievable! They refused to compensate us in way and I am taking legal advise to bring a claim against them. Horrendous experience and would not recommend them to anyone. As the saying goes pay peanuts, get monkeys. Would stick with Howdens or Wickes.

Bit of a joke really. Walked around for 15mins and no sales person approached us. When we enquired about some kitchens they werent even available any more. I also found it very poor taste to show off other manufacturers *old* units in comparison to wrens *latest*. We went to howdens kitchen before this and what they showed off in this branch as a "howdens example" was something from 20 years ago I think.

Scam artists, got a quote for a kitchen plus fitting for £12000. £8000 for kitchen plus £4000ish for fitting. When the fitters came for an evaluation they wanted extra. Wren then wanted us to sign up to finance without receiving the fitters quote.
