Lovely large bedroom though had to move the beds as we were 2 friends sharing. The bathroom was enormous and beautifully clean. Down side the floor allowed the water to head for the door and had to trap it with the towels! Spa facilities are in the grounds rather than in the hotel so a very damp and cold walk across the car park to take a swim! Dinner in the restaurant was very nice however there wasn't much of it and my husband would have been left hungry! Breakfast was excellent plenty of it and well presented. Overall a lovely hotel but wouldn't stay again for a spa break as the spa was unbelievably busy!!!!

Hotel was very nice. Good room, good food. Receptionist Alex was first class. We had a few snags at the spa but the treatments were very nice and overall would return to the spa and definately the hotel.

The spa was lovely and the hotel room equally as special, there was a lack of presence overnight which let an event turn abit crazy for people looking for a relaxing time but that wasn't a huge issue, overall lovely experience!

Beautiful spacious room, lovely spa and delicious food. Friendly if slow service. The spa is so good and the massage wonderful but the only issue with the spa was when kids were let in - the jacuzzi/pool area was relaxing and full of friends and couples, but the kids were screaming for no reason and their parents found this funny and people just left. It's a shame and I understand families are to be allowed time to use the facilities, but it may benefit to give them alloted time so people know when to expect them and to avoid them for a more peaceful time if needs be
