Made to feel welcome by thoughtful owners who offered great local eating and entertainment suggestions for our family (children 7 and 4). Family Room was a good size, clean and well presented with lovely sea view across grassy square (photo taken in evening on a rainy day). Bathroom was clean and spacious. Good water pressure from shower. Breakfast was very tasty, freshly cooked, good choice and catered for my son's gluten free need. Would happily choose to stay there again.

Lovely building with comfortable, clean & well appointed room. The Rutland is situated on the main coast road in St Leonard's on Sea with many of the rooms having sea views. The owners were welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was great with coffee, juice, cereal & cooked option. Verdict, good value accommodation and I would definitely stay again.

A bit over priced for what you get mines was a single room single bed and shared bathroom for just umder £50 nice staff tho and clean... bad point you can hear next door and if they snore loud well theres nothing you can do
