Fantastic hosts, very friendly. Excellent accommodation comfortable and very clean with all basics provided for the room. Absolutely amazing breakfasts with a great selection to suit everyone's dietary tastes. Would highly recommend and hopefully make a return visit.

Stayed for two nights in the top floor room. Our room was very spacious with a super king size bed. It is a fair distance walk to Hastings but the hotel itself has excellent on street parking.

The property is beautifully decorated and presented and the rooms are sizeable and in great condition. The owners are very kind, welcoming, helpful and interested to make sure you enjoy your stay. They provide an abundance of leaflets and are knowledgeable about the area. The food is well prepared and presented and the portions were generous, with well laid out dining room. The lounge was large and comfortable. The patio and gardens were very nice providing a variety to enjoy. Well worth a visit.
