The room was excellent. Clean, maintained to a high standard. Tea, coffee etc with a sparkling kettle! The only thing was finding the room among a maze of corridors... Luckily it was signposted. Breakfast was plentiful, buffet style, would have preferred it hotter. Overall a well run business... Would recommendRooms: 5/5
Really friendly and happy staff, great food at the Brewers Fare and only £3.45 for a pint of doombar ale. The room was clean and tidy although it took me longer than I'd like to admit to find out how to turn the lights on insert key card by the door. Lovely hot shower, was a bit hard to get under being 6'5 but managed. Would definitely come back.
Just had an overnight stay . Comfortable room although missed little touches like extra pillow, more coffee only two sachets so had to go down to reception for more no WiFi instructions so another trip to reception for password only to be told I didn't need one. We used the pub for drinks in evening and to have a game of cards, staff couldn't have been anymore helpful, pleasant, chatty and we order a few snacks nachos and chicken wings lovely Last people to leave but still staff were joking with us and had worked really hard all evening. Didn't think our breakfast staff would be the same but lovely surprise they too were happy helpful and made a breakfast a delight. Food was spot on and continental lovely. Well done to all staff at premier inn we will be back again sometime and will recommend it to others.
Stayed here for night on a Friday. Rooms sizes are okay with basic amenities. Clean rooms but the beds are of a personal preference some like it, some don't. MC Donald's across the road caused major issues getting in and out the car park with people just not using common sense. The room I stayed in had quite a lot of noise from the AC units humming away. But it was very cheap so you can't really complain.
Usual Premier Inn facilities and room. Very good. Only 4 stars due to Brewers Fayre evening meal was not good. Some of the menu meals were unavailable and when our meal did arrive it was only warm, not hot. However, breakfast was great .Rooms: 5/5
Stayed for 2 nights whilst visiting family. Clean, comfortable and does what it says on the tin. Great Brewers Fayre on site too. Have stayed here many times before and it's a good safe bet at an affordable price!Rooms: 4/5
The staff went above and beyond for us. Nothing too much trouble. I would recommend the hotel to anyone. The rooms and food were excellent. Thanks to all for making our stay fabulous.Rooms: 5/5
Pleasant stay at Premier Inn Bexhill! Would definitely stay again! Room was very clean with a comfy bed. Plenty of on site parking and nearby facilities. ThanksRooms: 5/5
We had to travel from the north west urgently to Bexhill to sort out care for my uncle who is nearly 99. My wife has mobility issues so we booked the wet room bedroom room 102. From the moment we arrived on the 2nd Jan 2023 thru to today the 5th when we left, everything was first class. The room was perfect, so was the service, the politeness and kindness of all of the staff , we were made so welcome.I would recommend this place 100%. Parking was perfect , so was food and shops access locally. The Windmill restaurant attached was perfect too and I will do a review for them as well. Thank you for your support for the busy time we had there. Paul & Lynn.
Time was when the corners cut at a Premier Inn meant lower prices. This is no longer the case which means you get not a lot for not a lot less than the majors. The thickness of the pillow is about the same as a handkerchief. The second pillow, provided in a stealth bag, is essential. One wonders if the signal strength of the free WiFi is deliberately poor so you buy Premium. The above was drafted on a previous visit. On a more recent visit there was further evidence of corner cutting, providing the bare minimum. We were also in the 'Afterthought Annex' where accessibility is anathema.
