Came this evening with my daughter like I do most evenings. This evening, the member of staff working was abrupt and told everyone they were closing and to clean up and get out. This was 5.15pm when they usually close 5:30. Call me pernickety, but 15 minutes is still enough time for me to finish reading a story to my child and leave in good time. Demanded that me and another parent clean up everything. I always tidy up the books myself and my daughter look at and read. We did pick everything up anyway, although I believe it is her job to do so? Customer service skills nowhere to be seen.
A very nice and quiet little library they don't have a huge selection of books however it did look like they were expanding so hopefully they will increase this in the future
This place is a godsend for parents who need a place to let their babies run wild staff is also lovely and the library is very clean.
Small and cozy library, yet they have a suprisingly large amount of very good books in my opinion. Staff is very friendly.
ok, but very very few seats not the type of library you'd sit to actually neither study or work.
This is a nice place. You can borrow books, CDs and DVDs. Or sit around and do a jigsaw or read magazines. The staff put the effort in. It's free to join and you don't need to live near, it's super easy. Sometimes they sell off lightly used items very cheaply intra-pound and it makes me feel a little melancholy. Disabled access powered doors.
A lovely library, lots of space to sit and read and friendly staff
Great place to do life drawings.
Lovely library with friendly and helpful staffs
The Artizan Centre is a great resource for residents and workers in the Square Mile. They offer not only a well stocked library but there is studio space with weekly exercise classes, chess, youth club and dancing.
