Great public library! Staff is really friendly and helpful
The staff at Barbican library are very accommodating. You can book the piano with no qualms. They will extend your session if there is nobody in the queue saving you to start the booking process from scratch again.
Good selection of books but the place is way too loud. The most annoying thing is when something is announced in the speakers. It's so loud I can hear it even when I'm wearing my earphones. If you want to study in a quiet place go somewhere else.
Great selection of books, also it is fairly spacious. The music library is particularly impressive, it may be the best that is available to the public.
One of the best libraries in London
Great library in the centre of the city. Good range of children's books, fiction and nonfiction. Hold lots of activities for children as well. Great range of travel guides and OS maps.
Yeah look like library and have good interior design but very loudy especially under 1 years child and mums live there . I really dont understand is that nursery or library? It is frustration for self study but you can use for nurserykindergardenand loan books.
The library overall is a joke. Poor managment skills and unreliable staff
I usually go there to study because it s open until late at night 11pm. You have nice music in the background and the library is quiet, studying in is pleasant. You can eat or just seat outside next to the water... GOOD PLACE
Can get too loud ..if you're looking for a peaceful spot to read/work, may not be the best place.
