Bought my new BMW 4 series from this garage online. After the easy process of paying a deposit on the website I was amazed by the service I received from the whole team completely over the phone. Ewan Hutcheson and his team made the purchase feel effortless. They gave me all the information I needed and answered all questions I had thoroughly. We spoke about packages that could come with the car and purchase options just like if I were there in person. I appreciated the extra sense of welcoming over the phone. Having had no opportunity to see the car in person, they were fantastic for making me feel like the car I had chosen was perfect and I was left feeling extra excited about getting my new car. They also sent me a walk round video of my car explaining all the features, even going inside the car to give me a good look at what I was getting, which I absolutely loved. Having had the car sent up to an Arnold Clark garage closer to my home I never had the chance to meet any of the team in person but I wouldn't change anything about my experience as the whole thing was handled beautifully. 1 month into having my car and I'm in love. Thank you Ewan and everyone involved.
What an excellent service given to us from Steven our product consultant and Gerry the sales manager. Both have been very friendly and inviting, including the rest of the staff. The experience has been superb from the initial phone call to leaving with the vehicle we chose. Steven was very helpful, entertaining and patient with us, we appreciated his energetic and laid back approach to allow us to explore the vehicle at our own leisure. The whole process from start to finish was pretty streamlined and never had to wait for anything. Would highly recommend this branch and return again - A happy car owner

Absolutely amazing service from Duncan Aitken, he’s a gem of a guy, always going above and beyond the call of duty to help me find my perfect car. I have been a loyal customer of his for 3 cars running and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Great experience buying our first Volvo from Arnold Clark in Stirling. Keith and Daniel were both really helpful, friendly and informative. We were happy with the trade in offer, got an additional years warranty, and any requests we had before purchasing was accommodated. Easy process from start to finish, we bought on Saturday and picked the car up on Monday. Very happy with our purchase and the cars immaculate. I would recommend 100%. Thank you!
Bought my Volvo s90 at Stirling Volvo, I was taken care of by Keith Thompson who provided me with excellent service. I was well informed throughout the whole process and will definitely be a repeat customer at this branch. The branch manager, Euan Hamilton also added incredible value to the process. He was present during the hand off which was a nice touch. The condition of the car was great, a few of the niggles I had were the car were sorted without issue which I am great full for. Steven Miller tied the experience together which was of excellent quality, the test drive was incredibly informative which ensured I had no further questions about the operation of the vehicle, without his service I would have been swamped with the vast array of features.
Would highly recommend Arnold Clark MG, Stirling. The whole process of ordering my car to collecting it today has been amazing. Mark MacAskill kept me up to date with everything and couldn't have been more helpful. Buying a car in Covid times is certainly different but Arnold Clark have nailed it.
