An excellent garage for servicing your Ford vehicle. Quick and knowledgeable staff. Price matched their estimate. Even provided a courtesy car while mine was being serviced. They even washed my Focus before returning it.
We were staying near Stirling on holiday from Ipswich, Suffolk, England. On our way to the Kelpies we noticed a horrible noise coming from one of the rear wheels on our almost new hybrid Kuga, we googled Ford and we’re directed to you. My husband asked at reception if anyone could possibly check our car. We were invited in to showroom, welcomed including Angus our westie and offered a drink while the mechanic technician took our car to check it over. We were there less than 30 mins, one chunk of granite wedged between our disc brake and back plate later we were safe to go on our way. Thank you so much to the team for great customer care and service, very much appreciated especially when so far from home. If this is just a taste of your customer care we wish we lived nearer to buy our next Ford from you. Thank you so much to all concerned.
WARNING!!! DON'T BUY FROM HERE!!! Especially Don't buy a focus RS or fiesta ST they are all junk and happy to sell you them with no aftercare. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID GO TO OTHER DEALERS IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE ROBBED.
Took my ford transit van in as was blowing out smoke from exhaust ive since had it back 3 times at a cost of £1300 pounds . And now earliest appointment they can give me to replace fuel injector seals which they just put in a month ago 2nd march . So ive booked it into another garage to get done at more expense as its leaking oil . Brutal service

Brought a Ford kuga ex demo car drove it very nice to drive I the only down side thay did not tell me I need Adblu for the car I thought thay had put some in the boot of the car for me but other than that everything is fine
Didn't end up buying but the staff were very friendly. They were able to valuate my car there and then although I wasn't happy with the offer I was happy overall with the service.
Just bought my second car from parksford, and jade and Deanmanager were so helpful and did everything to make sure my new car was ready for me today16th September,car needed to go through garage and be prepped,new rear disc+pads,tyre sensors,door seal,new tyreswhich I contributed tominor service and mot,first class service from Dean and Jade. Ps. Enjoy the banana loaf
Just picked up my third new car in 4 years from Parks Stirling. Dean and Grant as always made everything easy and straight forward. They are always only ever a phone call away which makes everything stress free and their prices are the best around.
