Having broken down on the motorway over Christmas, A hire car was arranged for me. Staff at Birtley Enterprise were brilliant. They were reassuring, friendly and professional. They put my mind at ease at such a stressful time and made sure my car hire was flawless. Highly recommend for any car hire needs in the area.

I had a courtesy car from here,earlier this year. I had 2 jobs to do, requiring a clean, decent size van. I knew this was the place to go to. I left my own car at their depot, which i know was kept in a secure compound overnight.

Worst Company I've ever had the miss fortune to deal with. Had a confirmation of a car for a month and then a few days before I'm due to take car they call to say they cant give me a car due to not having a credit card. What a joke. Fair enough its there policy, but why wait till last moment to notify me of this? Why not do this when I made confirmation? If I was you don't, pass them by and find another company... I'm currently looking to take legal advice over this due to possible lost hotel costs if I cant arrange alternative travel...

Really great service after my car was in garage for one week they loaned me a audi TT SLine fab thanks for the great service.

Amazing management. Friendly and responsive staff. Would return to the Enterprise car & van hire had no issues
