Had car organised via insurance for a non fault accident, lady told me to look how many miles were in the car and add in what I use, 213 miles on the computer in to which she agreed. I left 100 miles on clock to go back to retailer, I have just been charged £34 to bring back up to just over 200. Just be be aware, £20 projects about 180 miles!!nTold it's done electronically and the computer has told them this is what is needed to put back in, so my electronic measuring eyes clearly don't work and NO IT WAS NOT a TRACTOR I borrowed!!

Having broken down on the motorway over Christmas, A hire car was arranged for me. Staff at Birtley Enterprise were brilliant. They were reassuring, friendly and professional. They put my mind at ease at such a stressful time and made sure my car hire was flawless. Highly recommend for any car hire needs in the area.

I had a courtesy car from here,earlier this year. I had 2 jobs to do, requiring a clean, decent size van. I knew this was the place to go to. I left my own car at their depot, which i know was kept in a secure compound overnight.

hired a van from enterprise at Birtley, very nice pleasant staff at this branch - the van however could of done with an air fresherener and a service as it was running a bit fast and the tyres were near the minimum depth, but apart from this everything was ok and i would hire a vehicle from them again.
