Requested a 'high' car to accommodate a mobility-impaired passenger and next-day early morning delivery to my home.   The Birtley Enterprise staff "went the extra mile" to accommodate and meet my needs.  All were friendly and helpful from arrangement of the vehicle to delivery to its re-collection from my home.  First class service (just as the TV ad promises!).

Excellent customer service, made to feel very welcome and the procedure to hire was very quick and easy. Also lifts to and from the rental location were arranged and this was no problem at all.
