I got a really good value for money booking a couple of months in advance. The room was nice and clean with all the amenities I needed, friendly staff and a good breakfast included with your stay. Recommended.

Comfortable and nice room but worst breakfast ever, cold plates poor selection of hot food, strange tasting scrambled egg, the coffee is also very odd and undrinkable. Management not bothered. Endured 4 days of this. Holiday Inn Hotels definitely will not be visited by me again.

I loved the service and everyone was very helpful and you could tell that customer satisfaction was their first priority. The rooms were very clean and tidied everyday by the room service people. As for the location, it was right on the town center which was the most helpful thing as we could explore Edinburgh without walking to far and for the whole holiday we walked without any use for our car due to the location. The breakfast was spectacular and it was a buffet which really helped satisfy our morning cravings!

Great room great location. Parking is close by but in an ncp the hotel gives you a 25% discount which is a nice gesture. I have had better breakfasts but still did the job and also offered a take away option.

Really good location at the Old town. The breakfast was excellent and all staff were very helpful and kind. Room comfortable and fair but definitely not a 4 star one.
