We had a most enjoyable two night stay, at incredible value £45 pp full board. Staff were lovely. All meals were excellent. And the venue is delightful. We've booked again for next February.
Absolutely fantastic hotel, amazing staff, we felt very welcome from the time we arrived. Food absolutely amazing, definitely worth the money. We paid for full board and saved us a fortune. Evening Entertainment while we were here. Lovely location beach walking distance. We are definitely going to be coming back
We enjoyed the all you can eat breakfast, which had gluten free options. Staff were polite and helpful. The premises could do with some attention, it's looking very tired and old in places.
I have had a spa day rebooked four times, always late notice and due to 'unforseen' circumstances. Resulting in loss of annual leave for my friends and loss of income for me being self employed.nnNo apology, no kindness, and an exceptionally rude manager who has declined to give me a refund.
What a wonderful Christmas meal. Attended with my wife's group and as a late addition they took my order as soon as I sat down. So relaxing and a lovely atmosphere. The staff were top notch and it was service with a smile throughout. Tasty food, nice and hot and each table served all together. Disco after was really good. Thanks Anchorage Hotel
