Hotel decor a bit dated but facilities were very good. Breakfast and food in both of the venues we tried were very good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room basic and maybe a little on the small side for 4 as the sofa bed restricted access to the wardrobe, minor niggle I know, beds were comfortable and quiet enough so slept well. Car parking was the biggest nightmare as what limited parking there is for the guests is shared with day visitors to the spa / restaurants etc so took over half an hour most evenings to find a space...and we were lucky by all accounts.

Great hotel, great rooms. Best staff member of the week has to be Ashton - amazing girl and a credit to the hotel Great outdoor pool it feels like abroad (when the sun is shining) - and indoor one too Only negative (which has madee chuckle all week) - seems like loo paper is on ration in the rooms!!!! Great stay - hope to return sometime

Great facilities , good service and staff. A good quality hotel spreading over 3 grounds, all with car parks. Excellent food in Bistro and the restaurant. Brilliant value. We will certainly come back.

Nice place and helpful staff overall. Great location close to the beach. But over the weekend we stayed it was ridiculously hot. There was no AC, no bottles of water in the rooms, no cups or classes to use for water out of the bathroom tap, no fridge to store your own drinks. There was a small fan, but as the window was blocked from opening more than a little crack it wasn't much help. The food was good bar the deserts. But the meals were to heavy for such hot weather. Please make some improvements to the hotel as a whole as to be honest some of us felt rather uncomfortable and even unwell due to the heat.

OK, not great. The hotel is old (70s/80s furniture, carpet rtc.) and breakfast in a dark stuffy room rather than the nice brighter open space just available next door. Friendly staff and big swimming pool.
