First time in Travelodge, very impressed with clearness with a dog. There's nothing like Premier Inn what don't allow dogs in and not very friendly when making a booking online. Travelodge was easier and staff lovely. Definitely recommend you
I went with my family friends, we bought 4 rooms they all were very stinky. Service was alright. I paid a ridiculous price for dinner food was awful. I prefer a dessert which was ice cream and whipped cream, it was 90% whipped cream 10% ice cream.
I was served at bar last nt by Luz she was so polite and cheerful also had chat with eduta hope spelt right they are credit to the company. Breakfast staff friendly. Only problem I found was the room wasn't very warm couldn't upstand the settings on radiator apart from that the room was clean.
First time staying at a Travelodge, and was not disappointed. For the price, it was good, clean, comfortable accommodation and the breakfast was pretty good too. Always pleased when the coffee is a decent brand! Bed was extremely comfortable, room spacious, and the one small issue we had with an empty soap dispenser in the bathroom was resolved super quickly and in a lovely cheery manner. Only negative was the lack of control with the heating - far too hot and no way to turn it down.
Walk in first impression was felt like walking to doctors surgery. Receptionist won’t look at you or say hi,ignore you for ages then she calls some body else for us. So much attitude she is definitely in a wrong job some Eastern European lady I bet other people felt like that as well. Even next day key wasn’t working and she was there but we had to wait for someone else to sort it out for us as she did same thing. Ridiculous service. First experience staying at travel lodge and definitely last one as well
