It's quirky, cosy and quiet even though it's on the sea front. Staff are very friendly and helpful. It has a good food menu. Easy access to all shops, bars and restaurants. Everything within easy walking distance. Buses and trams run regularly as well.

The friendly staff. Great Restaurant. Live music. The bar. The sea view room. Public transport and access to all local places of interest. The surrounding VIEW!. Deserves more than its 3 *** Rating in my opinion. Would definitely stay again.

A good relaxed setting with staff who provide a high quality service. The only negative was that i was attending a conference where the group were the only customers. I had notified dietary needs in advance as required but no extra effort other than limited menu choice was given until the last day.

Good clean rooms, excellent breakfast. A bit far out for walking in the rain into Torquay.

Well managed Hotel. Excellent food. Good accommodation. Friendly staff and well trained. Sunday lunch exceptionally good.
