I felt really well taken care of by Anthony who really listened to everything I was asking for in a new car. He even stood out in the snow to measure the boot for me so I’d know my pram would fit. Everything was taken care of really quickly and I was so happy to pick up a new car within the week before Xmas. Thanks so much !
As always I am impressed with the service I receive. I would like to mention Craig who assisted me with the booking in of my car on the day and assisting me with the courtesy car, he was brilliant and especially Kyle who was with me for the rest of my journey for the service who I have got to know over the past year with my car coming in for various issues. He was fantastic. They are both an asset to your company!!!
Finally collected my new car! It’s been a bit of a wait but Lookers have been great throughout the process. Great service from all staff, even those who we weren’t directly dealing with, got some some sound advice! We were looked after initially by Peter Coundon who passed us to Curtis Dixon. Both are professional, friendly and courteous. It was refreshing not to have to deal with high pressure sales people, they made it very easy for us to choose Lookers. Special thanks go to Curtis for making this an easy process, he kept in touch throughout the wait, as he said he would, keeping us up to date at all times. Would highly recommend Lookers Nissan Newcastle.

I can’t fault the service I received from Jordan, as well as Andy and Dan. I was so well looked after and Jordan was professional, patient and friendly. His knowledge and passion for the cars was evident and he answered all my questions clearly and thoughtfully. I never felt pressured into any decision and really appreciated that. Jordan also makes an exquisite cup of tea! I definitely recommend this dealership.
What made it different was that It was all very straightforward from initial enquiry, to arranging and completing test drive and then on to discussing prices, options to buy and then an actual agreement. Not always the case with dealerships. Actual delivery was a few days late because of a delay for final parts, but nothing like the timescales you can expect from other makes I looked at. Gail kept me in touch with progress, the car is brilliant, so I'm a happy man.
I would like to thank Lookers for the brilliant service we have received when buying a second hand car for my daughters. Anthony and his colleague have delivered 5 star service by keeping us updated on the progression of the sale and even delivering the car to our door. Thank you so much.
I was welcomed into the dealership by Peter Coundon and Anthony Wills dealt with the legwork of my purchase. Both were very warm and welcoming, knowledgeable about the vehicles I was looking at and couldn't do enough to help me. You have 2 very good employees there and I hope to see them again when I return to exchange the car in the future.
An absolute 10 out of 10 experience from the initial enquiry to the presentation of the vehicle keys. David was Friendly, Professional and Precise with the details and attention to process and complete the purchase of the new car. I was even more surprised at the final touch of unveiling the vehicle in the showroom. Excellent in all aspects - it is something I will remember and share. Thank you again David and the manager Peter.
YES! The service reception person, Craig, is pleasant, informative and thorough but trying to reach the reception section by telephone is horrendous. On two recent occasions I had to call the reception and it 6minutes and 8 minutes just to speak to someone. Gone are the days when it was possible to have a friendly local person to answer the call. Now a customer has to go through some central processing unit before been put through to the Newcastle - the suffer the long wait to get through. I would suggest you sort out the telephone procedures. It also took three weeks from going in person to talk to the reception to get my car in. Why is that? Not enough technician I would think. Having waited to get the car in the fault immediately reoccurred within about 3 minutes of leaving the garage. A further telephone call and a long wait to the garage told me it was normal! Why has this normal fault never showed itself in the three years I have owned the car? I am not too impressed.
