Terrible experience. The initial meet and greet was friendly, however, it went downhill rapidly. The waitress who sat us down seemed disinterested, we looked through the menu and decided what we were going to order, and then we waited, and waited and waited! At least 20 minutes had pasted since we sat down and no one had even acknowledged our presence, the restaurant was very quiet so I would have at least expected a drinks order to have been taken in this time. We decided to leave and went to pizza express round the corner instead, we had great service there! I also got the impression that other tables around us were having the same problem as us, being ignored! Won't be returning!

Been loads of times. Great menu that’s always evolving. Staff always attentive and on the ball. It’s great for couples, families and kids. It’s good.

Seven staff but almost all of them had the thousand mile stare. It's a special skill to walk through a nearly empty restaurant and only to make eye contact with the other staff. Our drinks didn't come and it took 20 minutes to get their attention to remind them. Three staff went the opposite direction from customers to set tables yet there were twenty tables already set. Food took an hour - apparently due to the big party ahead of us (only 13 people in a group - as the other 3 tables already had their food). When there are so many staff and only 4 tables occupied it would have been a one star review if they hadn't been so apologetic and discounted the drinks and meal. The food was pleasant but it was so late that we had no time to enjoy it.

Food wasn't too bad however we did wait a long time considering the amount of people there. Paid just under £50 for a starter, main and a drink each for 2 of us. Staff are friendly enough and happy too accommodate.

My first time there. Loved it a great choice of vegetarian food and drinks. The staff was really friendly and helpful. A great spot by the river.
