Food was great, I didn't do it justice on the picture but can't always get perfection. My friend also had a good time and nice choice of drinks but a pint of peroni does me good. Why drop a point you may ask. When we were ready to go and wanted the bill it took us nearly 30 minutes to finally achieve our goal of paying and getting out as they seemed a bit short staffed.
Didn’t visit since 5 years. Level of food taste has dropped to regular. Calamari and pizza was very good. Waiter was not experienced and gave us hard time. Chicken came over cooked after bringing the issue they served another dish but still the same. I requested the manager after finding rotten lettuce leaves in the Caesar salad. They didn’t charge for the chicken and they were nice. Yet, My experience was not satisfying. I will not visit again.
Visited twice and the experience was really good though had to wait for 1 hr even after booking the slot, looked like they had staff shortage on Friday evening. But food was amazing so no complains. I loved tomato bruschetta and Penne Arrabbiata al Fornowith spaghetti instead of penne pasta
Modern bright and airy restaurant. Plenty of room with all tables very well socially distanced. All the staff were very friendly, welcoming and extremely efficient. All wore masks when taking orders and serving. The restaurant had a wide wheelchair accessible entrance and plenty of room inside for the wheelchair. I have given it 4 stars because I don't think the food is quite as good as other well known Italian chains. For example my Calzone had small pieces peppers but no other vegetable.
Came to try the set menu through Buy a gift website. It was £30 for 3 course with a glass of wine and it was worth every penny. The food was all very tasty, and arrived quickly. The staff were all attentive and friendly.
Out table was still full of crumbs from previous customers tables around us were dirty. No forks on our table starters were OK ordered drinks they never arrived main course came started eating mine to find plastic not just a little piece but half of what looked to be a bag maybe from the salad in my food immediately complained to waitress who took my plate but never returned we had to ask another waitress to bring the manager she had no idea why she had been asked to come over. She did offer me a pudding I declined paid and left certainly would not recommend and won't be going back.
The food was surprisingly good. I absolutely loved the burrata pesto, which not only tasted amazing but also looked great. Went in without reservation but staff still immediately got us a table. We got the wrong appetiser and honestly was fine with it as the bruscetta also looked amazing but the manager told us to keep the dish anyways and still brought out the correct one which was too nice of her! For mains we got the pork ragu and fennel sausage and prosciutto pizza, both were delicious. Prices is really good for the generois portion and great quality.
Really charming place and staff. Delicious food but the service is a little slow. We wait nearly 30 min for the main courses. Apart from that, everything was grand.Food: 4/5
Had lovely time sat in the sun, had king prawn spaghetti but Mrs P put her burrata from her salad on my meal, lovely. But moreover i have to say a massive thanks to Alexandria the waitress who after the manager walked out of the job carried on relentless with such professionalism on her own front of house. That girl deserves a raise or at least a bonus you boss people!!
It looks like a kid made it.. I'm very disappointed with the pizza I received in this restaurant. The pizza was not well presented and the vegetarian option appeared to be far less appetizing than regular pizzas. I was extremely disappointed with the lack of effort put into the appearance of the vegetarian option. Additionally, the size of the pizza was disproportionate to the regular ones, which was also unsatisfying. Overall, I was very unimpressed with my experience and expect a higher standard from an Italian chain restaurant.
