Ive ordered food. Money was taken, everything fine, right? Not quite. After 40 minutes I receive a message, that my order is cancelled, and I should expect refund in 3 to 5 days! A joke! And not the funny one. Burgers are delicious, but u have to be lucky, in order for restaurant grab more then your order, to deliver it. If they don’t have orders, you will be informed that, unfortunately “you will not eat today, cause we simply can’t get any money from your order”. Very disappointing. Avoid order in all cost. Not happened first time . Really disappointed!
Decent food but definitely not with the price! 2 burgers with 2 milkshakes... £30!!! Can get the same at Archie's for a fraction of the price. Also 'upgrade' of any meal drink to a milkshake is not really an upgrade. They charge you for the price of the full meal *plus* the full price of the milkshake even though you've forfeited the original drink, so the price of that should really be disregarded.
Ordered from their website, came just over 2 hours after I ordered. The food was cold, judging by the fact my order was the only one left in the box I assume my address was last on their list which is annoying as I had to ring up to see where my order has got to. They put loads of mushrooms on my burger for some apparent reason and forgot to put on onions. The milkshake was average at best. Won't be ordering here again.
These burgers are better than any I've tasted elsewhere. The Yoloaded burger is aweome especially when you add halloumi and donner meat to it... My wife and I have never had a bad meal here and it just continues to live upto expectations every time we order from here. Keep it up
After 50 mins the time limit Just Eat gave upon ordering we called to be told the food had not left yet as they were waiting for the driver to come back, est. another 20 mins. This happens EVERY damn time we order, and I don't know why we keep going back to this establishment. Collection is fine but only order for delivery if you're happy waiting 80-90 mins for a burger and fries!! Staff do not care when you call, make the same old excuses, no way to run a business, as you will have NO return custom. Last time we waste our time!
Not tasted the burgers due to Virginias doing the best burgers and wraps but the milkshakes are soooo fit I rate the milkshakes 10/10 It's soo interesting how they make it! I don't like the way the milkshake and the tandoor and grill is in the same area! It's a bit unhygienic
Used to have great food but they now want £5.50 for a chicken burger that used to cost £3.50!! Takin the pi*s kind of sums them up at the moment. The quality of the food has unfortunetly deterioated just as their prices have shot up.
Me and my friend come here regularily from college to get food or milkshakes and the food is great. But one of the men that work there won't stop staring and trying to talk to my friend. He's in his 30s and she's 17. He expects her to speak to him and reply because they're both Asian. He comes out the shop to stare at her whilst we eat in a next door food place. Even after being told to F off and stop staring at her he still carries on. It's creepy and puts her off from going there
Best fast-food burgers in the local area. It's literally a 'burger bar'. Don't order something else and expect it to be at the same quality as their speciality. If you're ordering pizza from here, you're doing something wrong.
Food is good. Attitude stinks. Had a major issue whereby ordered shakes to be delivered. Delivered after 2 hours and arrived as warm milk. No apologies, no replacement and no respect for customers.
