Decent boozer. Very busy at times. Beer is mostly spot on. Even for Lees beers. The Staff are friendly and pretty fast service, which is good as it gets very busy at times. Food looks very good. The menu seem to cover s good range too. I've Heard people say it's decent pub grub. Will get round to trying the food at some point.

Very poor soft drinks ridiculous prices more expensive than alcohol they go on about drink driving how can a soft drink be so expensive. And middle of winter at a wake most people have left and then the air con gets put on it is freezing what a joke

It was a Sunday and about 1pm. My family and my father went to the Lancashire Fold for Sunday Lunch. We attempted to order food but was told by the young lady behind the bar that we should try again in 10 minutes as she "couldn't take any orders just yet". A little bit bazaar but not impossible I suppose. 5 minutes later, after some discussion, I went back to see if the situation had changed. This time, I was told that I could order but that the wait would be about 40-50 minutes or, I could wait 10 minutes and the food would arrive much sooner?? When questioned about this logic, the lady behind the bar said that she "can't take any orders at all" and that the chef wouldn't "allow" her to take any. Hmmmm. I suspect that the chef hadn't turned up at all and that they were waiting for cover. When the order finally went in and served to us, it was as usual.....quite pleasant.

Lovely pub with a nice atmosphere. Looks great after a recent refurbishment. Friendly staff and plenty of parking available. Worth a visit.

Nice atmosphere both times I've been there, afternoon and evening. Plenty of seating. Food good with lots of variety on the menu. Good value all round.
