Wasn't impressed with the Service as soon as we arrived we waited few mins at the front desk for someone to come greet us . Was asked any allergies and follow me. No hi you okay thanks for waiting ect.... Was shown to our table. Had to repeat our order several times to the waiter so it was understood. The food however was delicious but the atmosphere was very lacking of anything exciting for a Sunday afternoon . You could see the Steam trains arriving though through the window.
Beautiful food and drinks! I came here for the first time for a bottomless brunch, and it's the best brunch I've been to. The service was amazing. Also, the music needs improving, but everything else was just perfect. I would recommend this place for a bottomless brunch!
Great food but it all came out at different times. Waitress forgot to ask how we wanted the steaks cooks and what sauces we wanted with our mixed grills. The meat came out then 5 minutes later came the sides then another 5 minutes for the sauces. The place was so noisy that we couldn't hear each other very well.
Food lovely and well presented. Our server was a lovely young lad. Really pleasant, excellent customer service from him which did make up for pur wait when being seated
My partner and I went for date night we had such a good night the food was lovely and the service was great we were greeted by a friendly lady who showed us to our table and then for the rest of the night Alicia looked after us her service and attentiveness was worth the 5 stars alone fab night will defo be returning again ... thanks Alicia for making the night great for us. :
