Picked up my beautiful Puma from Foray Yeovil today. Very impressed with Ollie, who has been amazing throughout the process. Very patient and understanding and never ever pushy. Loved the sign he placed on my car when I reserved it. He always made me feel like I was his only customer. Ollie is a credit to Ford.
Both my wife and I have recently bought second hand cars from Ollie at Yeovil Ford. We were welcomed into the branch, and the staff made a great fuss over our two dogs too! Ollie was very polite and friendly, and helped us through the buying process. I'm certain we will be back to see him again for our next car. Thanks team, keep up the great work!
Put my new 24 plate Focus ST car in today as interior lights haven't been working since new delivery from another Ford dealer. Very nice man collected and returned vehicle from my home. Issue was sorted in a few hours. Faultless service. Covered under warranty. Thank you. :
Excellent service from Ollie from initial enquiry to key handover. I called to ask about a used Kuga and as I wasn’t local Ollie kindly sent a personal video showing the vehicle and features and even carried out a bespoke request to measure the boot depth and size for me with a tape measure due to concerns a pram and dog bed would need to fit. Upon collection Ollie was happy to take time showing me how all the controls worked before I set off home and was not only knowledgeable, but friendly and patient too. Exceptional service, thanks Ollie!
I had my vehicle diagnosed and repaired, and subsequently serviced at Yeovil Ford, and I was quite satisfied overall. The costings of any work were high, but I accept that the business needs specialist equipment and facilities, and trained staff. Modern cars are completely different under the bonnet, and I doubt this is generally appreciated. They can only be fixed by a franchised dealer, due to programming requirements.
Steve was great. We were kept up to date on progress and took receipt of our new car with minimal turnaround. We felt valued throughout and would highly recommend Yeovil Ford

I recently bought a new ford Puma from the Yeovil centre & had 5 star treatment . I knew what model I wanted & was not pressurised into buying anything else . The person who dealt with me was charming, friendly , helpful & efficient . Every step of the process was explained fully to me including various finance options & it was a stress free experience. The car was ready within a week & on picking it up all the “workings” & various configurations were again clearly explained . I am more than pleased with my new car & would highly recommend the Yeovil ford dealers to anyone
We have recently bought a new Ford Puma from Yeovil Ford and were very impressed with the outstanding customer service from Ollie, the Sales Consultant. He was very helpful, patient, considerate and knowledgeable, making this the best experience we have had when buying a new car. Jamar also provided excellent customer care when taking us through our options for our Service Plan. He was very thorough, efficient and friendly. All in all, we were pleasantly surprised at the high level of customer service we experienced at Yeovil Ford and have no hesitation in recommending them to other potential customers.
Please dont take your car here to fix. my bill now is at nearly £3k just under still there. also I have to keep chasing you guys never call because the master mechanic is not very good he has to ask ford and the guy at ford who hasnt even seen the car is able to tell him what to do presumably by looking at the data. he charged me 3 hours for wiring loom check and found nothing the ford guy told him to change a wiring loom and a sensor which fixed 80% of the fault now he wants another £400 to change another bit of the wiring loom that ford have told him to check and change. surely he should refund me the 3 hours spend on the wiring loom that found nothing. apparently a master machenic works here so I was told. my galaxy came up with lots of lights and oil pressure indicator went to limp home mode. went to ford street very nice man there Lee said you best take it to taunton or yeovil I sadly chose yeovil as its closer. they charge £132/hour over for looking 2 hours. after looking they said it was the alternator and a solonoid under the engine I said ok £1500. I rang them they said that didnt fix it. investigate that was another 3 hours about £400 more. they thought it was the wiring loom but no it wasnt. they then asked ford who told them to change a wiring loom and the sensor that is attached to. but didnt you just check the wiring loom fixed 80% of the fault it is still in there its been 3 months and they have asked ford again. they keep telling me how fortunate I am that they are working for very little. my issue is you are charging so much and if you knew it may look like this is going to take time a common curtesey would be to offer a guy a loan car. I asked they didnt care and didnt want to know. I understand this is no ones fault and they are polite but useless. my view has been for a long time not to use dealer services. but the ford guy in street told me to and so... but from now on I will go to local mechanics. also if there is a computer in the car why doesnt it tell you whats wrong. I feel very let down by ford foray yeovil. I would suggest use mark at compton garage, paul at bancombe autos, or H and M motors or hollands all in somerton. I wish I had. mark is really good he will lend you a car because he knows I have a business and need a car. common curtesey just be nice unlike ford foray yeovil. car is still there one fault chraging circuit fault which was the very original fault and I told them that several times. a charging circuit has 3 major components battery alternator and regulators surely it cant be that hard. I am now £2500 just under I think. dont know what to do really. I doubt if reading this they will care at all or even read this.
