After reading the reviews about Yeovil Audi, it took a lot of convincing to even visit the store.nI'm so glad I ignored the negative comments.nnI was approached after just a few minutes by staff offering their help. I was then immediately greeted by Dan who was friendly, helpful and offered alternative cars as the one I wanted had sold. He answered all of my queries and had knowledge on the spec and performance of the cars.nFound a lovely car that turned out to be better than the one I wanted.nnDespite me turning up last minute, Dan took the time to start the ball rolling on the purchase.nTim then helped to get all of the paperwork completed and the part exchange, he made sure I was aware of everything finance related and was patient running all of the numbers.nnThe finance and documents came through quickly and I had my new car within a week.nGreat service, very helpful, couldn't fault my experience
Simon was excellent. From the initial phone call, to our first viewing in which we went and viewed other cars where Simon was not pushy at all, and then our second viewing where we put a deal together and onto collection where the car was presented immaculately. Your reply only reinforces the serious concerns I raised about Yeovil Audi’s competence and customer service.nnLet me be absolutely clear: I brought my Audi Q7 in with a clearly described intermittent starting issue, and I explicitly told your team it was not a battery problem — the battery had just been replaced. Despite this, your so-called diagnostic effort focused heavily on battery recharging, entirely ignoring the key symptoms.nnYou claim over 3 hours were spent diagnosing the issue, yet I left with no written report, no printed fault codes, and no insight into the root cause. I was told that the data is “confidential” — a shocking excuse when charging a premium price for diagnostics. If this is Audi’s standard procedure, it’s deeply flawed. If it’s just Yeovil Audi’s policy, it’s frankly unacceptable.nnThe most damning part? I took the car to an independent garage afterwards. Within minutes — without any plug-in diagnostics and at no charge — they correctly identified the issue as a faulty starter motor. The starter was replaced in less than two hours, and the car is now running perfectly.nnThis proves one thing: Yeovil Audi either failed to apply basic mechanical competence or deliberately avoided doing so. Either way, it calls into question your technical standards, diagnostic processes, and respect for paying customers. I had been ready to purchase my next vehicle through the Audi network — but based on this shambolic experience, I will never return.nnI strongly advise others to avoid this dealership. There are more competent and honest alternatives elsewhere.
Yeovil Audi have been outstanding, particularly Sam. He was incredibly helpful and made sure my new car had everything I wanted. I can't recommend them enough, every staff member I encountered was ready to help and were all very helpful. Sam went all out to make me feel like a valued customer. Thanks Sam I am in love with my new car!!!
