Brilliant service. Purchased the care over the telephone. Prompt service when we arrived after a 5 hour journey. The car was as described so there was no hesitation in following through with the deal. It was a pleasure to purchase the car from a reputable dealership. Lots of attention paid to the 141 point check. Thank you to Tim the salesman who took time to ring us up before the visit to iron out a couple of issues re mileage on our own car.

Great cars, great staff. Buying from here was a refreshing experience after receiving dreadful service from a competitor resulting in me having to return a supposedly premium SUV. This is how it should be done.

Very dissapointed is a under statement. So a couple of months ago I booked the car in for a warranty repair for the 3rd of Feb. All confirmation recieved and no problems at all. Arrived on the 17th only to find they've somehow booked it in the week before. A simple phone call would of saved agrovation. A complaint was made and a free tank of fuel was offered. So I rebooked again for the 17th of March. Around the 8th/9th of March they rang to see if I'd be looking to change the car and said the car was booked in for the 10th!! If it hadn't been for this call I'd probably wasted another journey. Cut a long story short, the car was picked up from work and a courtsey car offered. Collected today only to find the fuel hadn't been added despite emailing them the day before. Basically the attitude today was ''sorry the service department is now shut''. Furiating the situation some other guy showed up to poorly apologise. Throughout this experience many issues regarding customer service and communication were not met. I somehow wonder how you effectively operate.

Car booked in for 9.00 to be looked at first thing only to be told on arrival this wouldn't happen. As helpful as a chocolate fire guard. Not to be relied upon
