Had a problem with a broken Accelerator pedal on an 18month Yeti (low mileage), that SUK deemed not to be a manufacturing fault. Will Saysell the service manager decided that the dealership would pay for new pedal and labour cost. Would then send broken pedal to SUK for analysis. Kudos to him and the dealership for recognising the need to take care of loyal customers.

Had my car in for it's first service. There was a bit of a mix up around the service interval, however the service staff were professional and courteous and made arrangements for the next one, which will be due in a few months.

We had a flat tyre and we did not have a crucial item to remove said tyre (don't ask!). The staff at Heritage Skoda were fantastic! Around 5 employees set about ordering our tyre, locating the correct key and arranging a lift to a nearby attraction so we could continue to enjoy our holiday whilst they repaired our car. Efficient, kind service with a smile. Thank you all so very much!

Worst car dealership I have ever had to deal with hands down. Have tried arranging 3 test drives of the Kodiac as a serious buyer and not a tyer kicker (I was replacing a Kia Sorrento) I had dropped in and looked at the Kodiac and was told to call and arrange a test drive with my wife. Sounds easy however. You don't get replies to your calls so how they store phone numbers I don't know. Eventually I spoke to someone called Dan who had a less then friendly phone maner but did apparently manage to arrange a test drive, after sorting child care for the Saturday I arrived early with my wife and got told that it would be a 3 hours wait as Dan was off ill (not his fault i suppose, it was a lovely sunny bank holiday Saturday and I would of wanted to be out of the place myself sick or otherwise) and would have to come back another time (this was at 1550 in the afternoon) The remaining group of incompetents had a whole day to call myself and cancel (let's face it the had a good collection of my phone numbers from the previous 3 phone calls) If this is the way a group treats new customers then I dread to think how bad they are at looking after existing customers. I recommend avoiding this place like the plague, I know I will from now on.
