I bought my car from this dealership and had an excellent experience. I initially dealt with Lynne Hill and then Steven Clover, both are a credit to the dealership. I bought the car online and throughout the process Steven sent me through videos of the car. He sorted out a few niggles with it and then came the delivery. Richard was brilliant, the car was delivered and was exactly how Steven had shown and described in the videos. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and the price I paid was market value, so pleased with that.
Less than a week of seeing the car an immaculate FIAT 500 & it’s now on our driveway . Superb service , no hassle dealt with by Rebecca Goodland very efficient everything explained well & a beautiful car handed over to us today . Certainly recommend Howard’s used car centre Yeovil

Cant stress enough how impressive and professional the people of Howard’s Used Car Centre were for me in regards to recommending my first car for my self. Especially as a young person getting their first car is always a challenging decision I got my a Fiat 500 recommended during the Black Friday sales. Steven was the dealer who recommended this vehicle. As well as that finance options were very flexible and honest and loved the options to extend warranty add additional features including servicing and exterior protection. Even had a free in store coffee which was a kind gesture. Thank you Howard's and would recommend it to anyone for any car purchase
I have purchased my second car with this dealership and cannot fault them. I was due an upgrade so didn’t hesitate to use the same dealership again. I had a few queries which were resolved. I secured a fantastic deal with Steve Clover and can honestly say, he was absolutely fantastic. Very polite and professional. I would highly recommend this company without question. That’s now two great experiences with this dealership and would go back again when I need an upgrade. Thank you so much Steve!
Wow what a great customer service from salesman Jack, excellent communication by email and video, every time I asked for some more information, Jack delivered. Home delivery driver Kevin Mackintosh super friendly and helpful. Howard Group should be proud of these staff members
Just purchased a Mercedes A class from the Yeovil base and the whole of the experience was first class. I was taken through the whole process by a very charming and professional Becky. Everything was explained and demonstrated in a clear way without any pressure. A credit to the whole team. What great coffee,!!
Recently bought a Renault Captur from here, and Jack was amazing throughout. Answered all my questions quickly, and was very patient when we had trouble with the finance, which was soon rectified. Although he had to be in the Taunton branch when I picked the car up, he made sure the car and paperwork were all ready, and I was leaving in my new car less than 5 minutes after I turned up for handover!! Would definitely highly recommend!!
I’m very grateful for all the service I’ve received using Howard’s, professional and good communication with Jack, who sold me the car, kept me well updated and informed even making a video before collecting explaining all the controls within the vehicle, thank you so much for all your help, I would definitely go to you again, and will recommend to others!
Rebecca was absolutely amazing from start to finish - I felt really well looked after and found my perfect car.
