Would 100% recommend buying your next car from this garage! We were dealt with by Holly and she made the whole process completely stress free. There was also no problem too small or too big - she was always there to help! Everyone in the garage was friendly and always happy to help.
After being messed about by a national company I decided to buy my car from a local dealer, and I'm so glad I did. Howards couldn't do enough. The salesman was happy to spend a couple of hours with me to ensure that I got the car I wanted. Even the coffee was good! The upshot was that poor customer service from the national supplier gave Howard's a chance to show their service off and it was excellent. They offered a competitive price on my trade in and within 5 days I was driving my new Peugeot 2008 home. Handover was very well managed with no rush on anything, I even received a video on the morning of handover from the salesman reminding me of what to bring to ensure that the part ex went smoothly. I bought a Supaguard treatment and a service plan too, which was available interest free over three years. All in all I came away a very satisfied customer and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Howard's for your new or used car.
Tom has always been super helpful, kind and has get knowledge of our situation. If he doesn't know he goes and finds out. Very polite and wonderful chap. Have been back to him for our second car as well.
I wanted to share a great experience where i had a service at Howards at Yeovil. From drop off to collection i was received with absolute courtesy with all staff members walking around greeting me. The service completed in a timely manner. with a requested renewal contract quote ready on collection 3 hours
Holly has been amazing from the start, she was so helpful and knowledgeable when it came to helping me choose my car that was right for me. She was not too forward and understood my situation and exactly what I wanted. She kept me up to date with everything happening. Waited while my main car service was being done, staff polite, attentive and caring, my Father had died the day before and my car was loaded up as I was then going on to support my Mum. Service was completed very quickly there was a hot drinks machine and snacks available. Also a desk so I could use my PC and complete mandatory online nurse training due that week, before going to my Mums. The car was cleaned and had been hoovered in the front foot holds only as had personal belongings in boot and back area. Would highly recommend.
I have always found my experience at Howard’s, Yeovil, to be more than satisfactory, and the service of my car this time round was no exception. The staff at the service desk had time to listen to my questions and answer them, the service itself was efficiently carried out, and now my car and I are happily purring along! All excellent!
Holly was really lovely and helpful talking me through the buying of my first car! Nothing was too much to ask for me and assured me with every little detail from talking about what car would be suited, to test driving to paperwork! Really recommend!
