Drove all the way from North Yorkshire, I actually traded in my car and bought a 2011 Audi Avant Quattro. All seemed very nice, Typical used car salesman but nice enough. They caused me 2 problems. Firstly the car they sold me had a major problem with the Turbo which the whole engine needed to be stripped down for it to be fixed. The rear parcel shelf was faulty, (replacement cost in excess of £500). Second problem was that they said they would deal with the paperwork for the car they took from me in part exchange. They dated the form 3 days later which meant we were fined for not taxing it. They were less than helpful regarding this and we had to pay the fine from DVLA. I gave them the opportunity to pay the fine they caused, no surprise they did not want to answer my emails.  I would stick to main dealers in future, much safer.
