Great friendly service, I delt with Andrew & Tara, not pushy very helpful, a very fair price given on my PX and a very fair price on the car I bought, all in all a lovely experience.

We purchased a campervan from West Country Cars a week ago. Tara was great, really helpful, polite, understood our needs. First class customer service.  Andrew, Tara & the rest of the team did a fantastic job. No pressure sales, backed up with full peace of mind, warranty, AA membership. We received the vehicle fully serviced, new MOT & fully valeted.  If your looking for a vehicle, I thoroughly recommend you give them a try.

Went here as I had a vehicle to sell and was treated as a valued potential customer. And the upside is that I was offered a very fair price for my vehicle too. I'm sure that this very even handed approach would be offered to potential buyers too. Their stock is of excellent quality from what I could see of it, all thoroughly checked before sale. Well worth a visit if you're looking for a quality used car.

We recently purchased a beautiful, well maintained Audi Q3 from West Country Cars.  Having not long moved to the area We came across the dealership on Autotrader and paid them a visit.  Excellent choice of cars, very friendly staff and no "sales patter"  they let the cars talk for themselves.  Tara was especially helpful extremely efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. One of the best car sales person I have ever dealt with.  I couldn't reccomend this garage enough. Give them a visit.

I recently bought a car from West Country cars the third time I have bought a car from them, and within a few days realised that the car was not altogether suitable for my needs.  I contacted Tara, and explained my problem. Tara was very sympathetic, kind and  understanding, suggesting that I go in at my earliest convenience to resolve the issue. I arrived and was met by Tara and John, who both expressed their desire to help me.  John was very good, and said that he would never want any of his customers to ever be less than satisfied with any car he had sold. I was very, very pleased when John then offered a full refund on the car I had bought. Fortunately, there was a car that had just arrived, and was just what I wanted, so a deal was done. Throughout the whole incident, my needs and satisfaction were uppermost  Thank you very much

Definitely recommend  I Purchased a 2018 Golf from them it was running fine for a month and then had a engine issue and I broke down, they came and collected the car and gave me a courtesy car and sorted the problem out and the car is just like new.
